My Story

Keith started racing in 1990, with a goal to win any type of race he could. Now towards the end of 2007 Keith has earned an amazing 325 wins and has competed in all types of bicycle racing. With all those wins Keith says, “I am most proud of simply trying to race as much as possible. I have won 325 times in my career, and each of those wins I am proud of. But my next race is what I am most proud to try and go after.” It is that sort of attitude that has propelled Keith to such a high level in his sport and explains the drive that keeps him going to this day. When asked why he likes to train with Amino Vital he says, “The Amino Vital product has raised my level of fitness and confidence. It helps pre and post work-outs. I believe Amino Vital is the highest level of support for my racing dreams. I have used many products over the years, but have had the best results with Amino Vital and the high grade products they produce.”

In his spare time Keith also promotes racing events and builds Downhill and Slalom courses for some of the biggest events in the USA. It’s safe to say sports and cycling are Keith’s life and he couldn’t be any happier!

Favorite Quote

"Life is pain, and pain is everything."

I race today because...

"I have a chance. Life is short, and some other people do not have a chance, or had their chances taken away from them. I have had many friends who have been hurt, or passed away. They have no chance at all to try and race and enjoy the thrill of the competiton. So I race for myself, as well as anyone who does not have a chance to chase their dreams."

Training Tip

Ride with groups to test yourself amongst others. Ride as much in the hills and mountains as possible. This will help your climbing and descending.
